In this section you can find various corporate documents:
 

  • Standing Orders and Standing Financial Instructions these set out the responsibilities which govern the conduct of Solihull Care Trust, its committees and sub committees and defines the responsibilities of our Board Members, Directors, Officers and employees of Solihull Care Trust.  The Care Trust is also required to make (and may also vary or remove) Standing Financial Instructions for the regulation of the conduct of its members and officers in relation to all financial matters with which they are concerned.  They deal with the financial responsibilities, policies and procedures adopted by the Trust.

Declaration of Compliance in response to the Care Quality Commission’s Review of NHS Safeguarding Arrangements
 
  • Scheme of Delegation this sets out those areas of responsibility which have been delegated and/or allocated to nominated lead officers.
